Dear S.F.I.,

I wanted to take a moment to write a brief thank you letter for your assistance with our very dramatic and financially devastating accident that our company experienced in December 2010. As you know our lively hood depends upon the ability for Aqua Massage to get its equipment to Colleges. When the accident happened not only did we lose the truck, trailer, and equipment but we were in jeopardy of losing eighteen contracts with Universities. This loss would have totaled over $150,000, which would have bankrupted our small company. Not only did you answer your cell phone at 5:00 am in the morning when the accident happened, but you showed up to our place of business first thing and assured us that things would be okay. Unfortunately talk is cheap, fortunately we had insurance with S.F.I. We had a replacement truck within two days, the truck repaired within two weeks, two different adjusters within 24 hours, and a check cut for all of our lost equipment within seven days. We didn’t lose any contracts and our business continued to grow. The worst thought of all of this is , we almost didn’t stop by and insure our company through S.F.I. It is true that our life is determined by such a small thread and decisions that we make. Once again I just want to thank you for treating us like humans and not a number.
